It might be blasphemy to say, but I’ve never played Elden Ring despite the fact that I loved the Dark Souls games. Something just always got in the way of me finding the right moment to jump into it. Nightreign’s co-op focus, however, grabbed my attention. Full Co-op is the biggest thing I wanted in any Souls game, and the fact that it’s wrapped in a rogue-lite cloak made it an even better fit for me.
Wild Bastards is a rogue-lite strategy shooter and that fact alone is going to make it a divisive experience, especially in today’s dopamine-hungry, power fantasy climate fueled by low attention spans that take offense at the mere mention of rubbing two brain cells together in order to play a game.

Helldivers 2 is a team-focused co-op, third-person shooter about waging a galactic war against the enemies of Super Earth. Its moment-to-moment gameplay warps every match into a cinematic masterpiece unique to you and your squad. Every mission is filled with tense moments, epic climatic comebacks, and a ton of humor as you’re friend blows himself up because he held a grenade in his hands too long.
