Destroy All Humans is actually a remastered version of the original game that released in 2005. It was rebuilt from the ground up and probed with enhancements, but it is still the same game. I never played the original, so I came into Destroy All Humans with a fresh perspective, for better or worse.
You play as Jin, the last Samurai of the Sakai clan during the Mongols invasion of Tsushima island. To combat the Mongols you will not only need to hone your skills with intense methodical sword play but also learn new tactics that break the Samurai’s code of honor, becoming the Ghost of Tsushima.
Neon Abyss isn’t much for story, supposedly you’re helping Hade’s boot out the new and more modern Gods from the underworld. Yet since a sketchy figure in a suit hands you a drink right before you plummet into the Abyss, I’m inclined to believe you’re just tripping really hard.
In my review of Captain America, I noted that the hero was a little bit over tuned. Well by the Hoary Hosts of Hoggoth, Doctor Strange blows Captain America out of the water. Doctor Strange has the extremely powerful ability to control the board state through a host of excellent hero cards and a special Invocation deck.
