It’s no secret that Bannerlord was my most anticipated game for years. I definitely had a moment of disbelief when it was finally downloading on my computer. That amount of hype can be a bad thing. I’ve set myself up for disappointment in the past (I’m looking at you Spore!). So did Bannerlord disappoint me? No, yes and no again.
Surviving The Aftermath is a colony management and simulation game that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world. You manage a colony of colonists struggling to survive in the wake of a worldwide disaster. You will need to manage many different resources and make tough decisions to ensure your colony survives.
Stranded Sails is a game about exploration and farming. You are part of a ship crew that ends up stranded on a set of mysterious islands. Your task is to reunite the other crew members, build a camp, farm food and uncover the strange mysteries regarding the islands.
Going into Tidal Tribe, I expected a very light experience, hoo boy, there’s a lot of complexity in there. At first, it’s a little overwhelming. You play as a villager with the power to move the earth….and fly with a towel. Just, bear with me here.
