As I noted in my review in progress, I was very impressed with The Divisions 2’s gameplay, and not so much by its story. My biggest concern was whether or not the game would remain interesting due to the limited creativity of its setting. After reaching and playing some of the end game, I’m happy to report that it does.
Many years ago I played a game titled Earth Defense Force 2017. For its time, it had low-quality graphics, cheesy dialogue, a silly story, and it was an insane amount of fun to play. Now in 2018, I’ve got my hands on Earth Defense Force 5 and…well..not much has changed. Its graphics are still mostly poor. Its dialogue is over the top and cheesy and its story went past movie theaters and DVD and landed straight on the Sy Fy channel. But in spite of all of that, it’s a damn fun game to play
To say that Red Dead Redemption 2 is a big game would be a vast understatement. The game is absolutely huge both in scale and in content. In many ways, it’s revolutionary and will be a high talking point among gamers for years to come. It is also by no means perfect and has its own share of glaring issues and faults.
