The first quarter of any year is generally pretty slow as far as big-name titles go. Not all is lost however, the slow period can be a great time to release potential gems on the indie or smaller front. I believe I’ve dug up 10 such games releasing over the next three months. Hopefully, by the end of the list, you have found at least one game to be excited about.
It’s that time of year again where every single person, alien and dog creates an end of the year style list, contributing to an ever-growing pile of lists that slowly but surely dilute the increasing pool of game of the year awards. Progressively draining away the significance of the term until it will eventually become a meaningless concept to join the cemetery of dead things that will somehow be blamed on young people despite the fact that the age of the average gamer is 35!
